Job Description and Requirements The Business Analytics will support the company's IT systems, business applications, reporting, and data analysis. The role will require to work with different departments to provide IT support, maintain data, prepare reports, and incorporate AI to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilites

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, systems, and user-related issues.

• Assist with setting up and maintaining computers, software, user accounts, and IT equipment.

• Support internal business applications and assist users with system-related queries.

• Collect, maintain, and analyse business and operational data.

• Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Extract and analyse data from databases and internal systems.

• Check data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Support departments with IT, reporting, data, and system requirements.

• Assist with improving business processes, workflows, and reporting.

• Support system testing, implementation, and documentation.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
