The posting

The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new partnership opportunities and driving sales for our health screening services. This role involves managing end-to-end partner relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value-added health solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value partnership opportunities through rigorous market research and analysis
  • Drive end-to-end partnership acquisition and management, from outreach to contract execution
  • Establish clear objectives and reporting structures for all partner relationships.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and provide regular insights to management on financial forecasts
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Proactively source and qualify leads to expand the health screening business portfolio
  • Conduct cold calls, networking activities, and follow-up on inbound sales inquiries.
  • Present health screening proposals professionally via face-to-face meetings or e-conferencing.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure successful partnerships and sales closures.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and proactive health solution recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in partnership management, business development, or sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership viability and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinking capability to identify mutually advantageous opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a bias for action
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is considered an advantage.
  • Candidates with a strong aptitude for networking and a hunter mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
