Job Description:

We are looking for personable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who are confident in communicating with clients and close deals. You will be responsible for keeping in close contact with prospective clients from enquiry to onboarding, managing their expectations, introducing our capabilities, and addressing their concerns in a prompt and strategic manner. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.

Job Scope:

  • Handle email and phone enquiries, communicate with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Tailorand conduct sales presentations, system demonstrations, and facility tours topitch our solutions.
  • Determine, plan, and propose quotations based on client's requirements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth transition of new customers, and ensure that rate structures match operational processes.
  • Provide regular updates on sales and procurement activities
  • Work with financial figures, budgets, and mathematical calculations to support business development activities.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing and purchase coordination when required.
  • Negotiate rates, pricing, and contractual terms with clients and vendors.
  • Identify business opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English, and verbal Mandarin for negotiation and presentation skills
  • Keen eye for detail, amidst looking at the bigger picture.
  • Ability to identify patterns, multitask, and prioritize tasks logically.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates awareness of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and current business development.
