Business Development Manager – Nightclub

Starting Salary: S$3,800 per month Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, build strategic partnerships, and increase revenue for our nightclub.

You will be responsible for developing corporate accounts, securing private and group bookings, creating promotional collaborations, and establishing relationships that bring new customers and business opportunities to the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that increase customer traffic, reservations, drink sales, and overall revenue
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, tour operators, hotels, lifestyle brands, influencers, promoters, and other potential partners
  • Secure corporate events, private parties, celebrations, product launches, and group bookings
  • Develop attractive event packages, table packages, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional collaborations
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership agreements
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the marketing, public relations, operations, and management teams to execute campaigns and events
  • Represent the club at networking events, industry functions, meetings, and promotional activities
  • Develop partnerships with relevant businesses to increase brand exposure and customer reach
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and new market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client discussions, proposals, and confirmed business
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, new accounts, partnerships, and revenue performance
  • Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
  • Assist management with expansion opportunities and other revenue-generating initiatives
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, commercial arrangements, and company strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, events, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or a related field
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals
  • Strong network within Singapore’s corporate, events, hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife sectors would be an advantage
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and focused on measurable results
  • Confident and professional when meeting clients and business partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prepare clear business proposals and sales presentations
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable attending networking functions and entertaining clients when required
  • Able to work flexible hours, including selected evenings, weekends, and public holidays for meetings or events
  • Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage
