The posting

📍 One-North 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm 💰 Up to S$9,000/month ✈️ 40% regional travel required (approximately 10–12 days/month)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business growth across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia.
  • Manage key accounts, including hospitals, ENT clinics and audiology centres.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships and support tenders.
  • Conduct product and clinical training for distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Support product launches, clinical troubleshooting and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Audiology, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Min 3–5 years of experience in business development, public relations or marketing, preferably B2B.
  • Experience in hearing implants, audiology, hearing aids, ENT medical devices or hearing healthcare preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel regionally.
