MUST BE COMFORTABLE TRAVELLING WITIN APAC REGION (3 Stages of rotation, 6 Months x 3 Location)

Participate in an 18-month structured training programme with on-the-job learning and project assignments.

Develop business knowledge, technical skills and leadership capabilities.

Work with different teams and gain cross-functional exposure.

Attend training sessions and receive guidance from experienced mentors.

Complete assigned tasks and meet programme milestones and performance expectations.
