Business Sales Manager (Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery)

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients for logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery services.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with e-commerce platforms, online retailers, SMEs, corporate clients and third-party logistics providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer retention, repeat business and revenue growth.
- Source new leads, conduct cold calls, arrange client meetings, deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Understand clients’ logistics requirements and propose suitable delivery solutions, including parcel collection, sorting, warehousing, fulfilment and door-to-door delivery.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, service agreements and tender submissions.
- Work closely with operations, fleet management and customer service teams to ensure smooth service implementation and delivery performance.
- Monitor sales pipelines, revenue targets, pricing strategies, customer feedback and competitor activities.
- Track key sales performance indicators and prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, introduce new services and improve overall profitability.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management, preferably within logistics, courier, parcel delivery or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers, managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations, logistics solutions and commercial pricing structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
