Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business

objectives.

• Develop and maintain digital marketing calendars.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify digital marketing opportunities.

• Recommend digital initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram.

• Plan, create and publish engaging digital content.

• Monitor audience engagement and optimise content performance.

• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels.

3. Content Marketing

• Create marketing copy, graphics, short-form videos and promotional materials.

• Coordinate content production with designers, photographers and external vendors.

• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities through digital

channels.

4. Digital Advertising

• Assist in the setup, execution and optimisation of Meta Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Website & SEO

• Update website content and promotional information.

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

• Monitor website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search

Console.

6. Email Marketing

• Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns.

• Maintain customer mailing lists and audience segmentation.

• Analyse email marketing performance and recommend improvements.

7. Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track campaign performance using digital analytics tools.

• Prepare monthly reports on key marketing KPIs.

• Recommend optimisation strategies based on campaign insights and data analysis.

8. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Support the continuous improvement of digital marketing processes and initiatives.
