We are looking for a proactive and organized Change & Transformation Coordinator to support business and technology change initiatives across Distribution/Tied Channels. The role involves coordinating project activities, governance, stakeholder communication, impact assessments, testing support, and transition readiness to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end change initiatives, including business transformation, operational improvements, and transition activities.
- Maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
- Work closely with business, operations, technology, and external partners to track progress and manage dependencies.
- Conduct and coordinate impact assessments across people, process, systems, and data.
- Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution tracking, and issue management.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure transition readiness by tracking updates to procedures, forms, communications, reporting, and related business processes.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, maintaining an accurate view of requirements, owners, dependencies, and delivery status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, and governance activities.
- Good understanding of business processes, requirements management, and testing/UAT.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or large-scale transformation projects is preferred.
