Job Summary

Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and presentation standards while managing kitchen operations, stock, and product ordering to ensure food quality in a dynamic culinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes and ingredients accurately according to recipes and portion controls to maintain management standards
  • Apply both Western and Asian kitchen techniques to deliver diverse menu items
  • Monitor stock levels and order products to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations
  • Maintain food quality by checking ingredients and finished dishes consistently
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels to enhance service and teamwork
  • Work independently to manage assigned kitchen tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to support kitchen operations and complete ad-hoc duties as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a strong passion for food and enjoy cooking
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in a quality-driven culinary environment
  • Hold N'/`O' level qualifications or equivalent from a culinary institution
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the culinary field
  • Exhibit good teamwork skills
