Employment Type: Permanent Salary: $3,000–$5,000/month + $300 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus Location: Tuas Park Transport: Islandwide Company Transport Vacancies: 10

Working Hours:

  • Till Dec 2026: 8:00am–5:30pm
  • From Q1 2027: 12-hour Day / Night shifts
  • Day Shift Allowance: $30/day
  • Night Shift Allowance: $75/night

Job Scope:

  • Support daily pharmaceutical production operations
  • Prepare materials and equipment for production
  • Perform material charging and reaction temperature monitoring
  • Conduct sampling and work-up activities
  • Follow production, GMP and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant pharmaceutical / chemical / manufacturing experience is an advantage
  • Comfortable with hands-on production work
  • Able to transition to 12-hour rotating Day / Night shifts from Q1 2027
