The CTO must be capable of working independently, leading small multidisciplinary teams, supervising external contractors and personally undertaking technical tasks when operational requirements demand.
The position is both strategic and operational, with direct accountability for the technical quality, reliability, efficiency and successful delivery of the Company's projects and services.

- Ensure technical solutions are scalable, commercially viable and suitable for the company's operational requirements.
- Maintain technical relationships with manufacturers, technology partners, system integrators and specialist suppliers.
B. Engineering Management

Provide technical guidance, training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operational personnel.
- Establish engineering reporting systems, procedures and protocols for the Engineering Department, including preventive measures, fault reporting, maintenance, testing and quality-control procedures.

- Design, configure, integrate and troubleshoot broadcast production systems.
- Support remote production and streaming workflows.
- Provide technical support for onsite and remote productions during installation, rehearsals, testing and live events.

D. Project Management and Delivery
- Take responsibility for the technical planning and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Prepare project technical scopes, implementation plans, schedules, equipment requirements and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, production teams, engineers, suppliers, logistics providers and subcontractors.
- Ensure technical deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed project requirements, timelines and budgets.
- Identify project risks, technical dependencies and potential delivery delays.

- Act as the Company's senior technical representative when dealing with clients, production partners and technology suppliers.
- Participate in technical discussions, project planning meetings and system design reviews.
- Ensure client technical requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the engineering team.
- Manage technical escalations and coordinate the timely resolution of client concerns.
