Civil & Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements
  • Review all technical documentation and project drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions while planning, monitoring, and reporting shop drawing production progress
  • Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and civil & structural (C&S) shop drawings to support project approvals
  • Collaborate with the in-house BIM team to prepare shop drawings and secure approvals ahead of site installation schedules
  • Resolve construction-related drawing issues by liaising closely with Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) teams and relevant authorities
  • Participate actively in Technical, Coordination, and Site Meetings to facilitate project progress and issue resolution

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore
  • Proficiency in British and Singapore Design Standards
