🚐 HIRING: CLASS 3 + BDVL MEDICAL SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER

We are looking for a responsible, patient and experienced driver to operate a medical / patient shuttle service in the Central Area of Singapore.

This position is particularly suitable for candidates with previous experience in hospitals, healthcare, medical transport, emergency ambulance services or patient transport.

📌 JOB DETAILS

Working Hours: 10:00am – 9:00pm

Break: 1 hour

Location: Central Singapore

Employment: Full-time

✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Singapore Class 3 driving licence

* Valid BDVL (Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence)

* Non-smoker

* Good driving and safety record

* Responsible, punctual and reliable

* Able to communicate professionally with patients, caregivers and healthcare staff

* Comfortable working with elderly, frail or mobility-challenged passengers

🏥 MEDICAL / HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in the following environments are strongly preferred:

* Hospital / healthcare environment

* Medical transport

* Emergency ambulance service

* Patient transport service

* Nursing home / elderly care transport

* Wheelchair transport

* Assisted transport for persons with mobility difficulties

Experience in an emergency ambulance setting will be an advantage.

🩺 FIRST AID / MEDICAL TRAINING

Candidates with any of the following training are preferred:

* First Aid

* CPR

* AED

* Basic Life Support (BLS)

* Patient handling / transfer training

* Ambulance or emergency medical response training

Please indicate the relevant certification and validity period in your application.

🚑 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The driver will be responsible for:

* Safely operating the assigned shuttle bus

* Transporting patients / passengers according to the scheduled route

* Assisting passengers with boarding and alighting where required

* Providing additional assistance to elderly or mobility-challenged passengers where appropriate

* Handling wheelchair passengers safely

* Maintaining a calm and professional manner when dealing with patients and caregivers

* Conducting daily vehicle safety checks

* Ensuring the vehicle is clean and presentable

* Reporting vehicle defects, incidents or delays promptly

* Following the client’s safety and operational procedures

* Maintaining punctuality and ensuring passengers arrive safely at their destination

* Working closely with the operations team and healthcare / facility staff

👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked as:

Ambulance Driver | Medical Transport Driver | Patient Transport Driver | Hospital Driver | Healthcare Driver | Elderly Transport Driver | Wheelchair Transport Driver

Candidates who have experience assisting patients or elderly passengers will be considered favourably.
