1. Premises and Compound Cleaning

  • Sweep and remove rubbish, dust, dirt and debris from the premises and surrounding compound.
  • Remove and dispose of unwanted items as instructed by management.
  • Clean internal fencing and maintain the cleanliness of surrounding areas.

2. Car Park and Tanker Parking Area Cleaning

  • Sweep and clear litter from all designated parking areas.
  • Clean and remove rubbish from the diesel pump area.
  • Remove unwanted items as instructed by LHYK Management.

3. Main Entrance and Lobby Cleaning

  • Sweep and mop the main entrance lobby and staircase areas daily.
  • Clean and wipe entrance glass panels to maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

4. Rubbish and Waste Management

  • Collect and dispose of rubbish and unwanted items in designated waste bins.
  • Keep rubbish collection points clean, tidy and free from accumulated waste.

5. Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Wash and clean wash basins, taps, urinals, toilet bowls and cubicles.
  • Wipe cubicle doors, partitions, walls and mirrors.
  • Clean toilet wall tiles and remove cobwebs.
  • Collect and dispose of toilet waste appropriately.
  • Replenish toilet consumables supplied by the company, where applicable.

6. Grass Cutting and Weed Control

  • Cut and trim grass around the premises and landscaped areas.
  • Collect and remove dried leaves from landscaped areas.
  • Dispose of garden waste and other rubbish in designated bins.

7. Drain Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Clean surrounding drains using high-pressure water jet equipment where required and authorised.
  • Remove leaves, sand and debris to prevent drain blockages.

8. Tanker Washing and Cleaning

  • Assist with washing and cleaning tankers according to schedules arranged by the Transport and Workshop Departments.
  • Follow applicable safety procedures during tanker cleaning activities.

9. Rooftop Cleaning

  • Sweep rooftop areas and remove dried leaves and other debris.
  • Keep rainwater outlets clear of obstructions to support proper drainage.

10. Warehouse Cleaning

  • Sweep designated warehouse floor areas, where applicable.
  • Collect and remove rubbish and debris to maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
