Job Summary

Coordinate and lead cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery, safety compliance, and process improvements. Manage resources, schedules, and contracts while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure consistent quality service delivery across cleaning operations
  • Enforce adherence to safety measures during cleaning activities islandwide to maintain a safe work environment
  • Compile and analyze operational data to identify opportunities and propose recommendations for cleaning process improvements
  • Assist in developing and reviewing operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and implement scheduled maintenance for tools and machinery
  • Identify and recommend appropriate equipment and technologies to optimize cleaning operations
  • Plan and facilitate work schedules, manpower deployment, and capability development to improve team performance
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure accurate execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor budget adherence, communicate deviations with explanations, and manage purchase requests within agreed limits
  • Follow up on contractual payments and assist in resolving contract conflicts to mitigate risks
  • Review daily cleaning job reports and prepare submissions for management review

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess Class 3 driving licence (essential for operational mobility)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the cleaning industry
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain operational standards
  • Willingness to work a 6-day work week
