Position: Clinic Assistant Location: West Family Clinic, Clementi Avenue 1, Singapore Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at West Family Clinic. If you enjoy interacting with people, are organised and work well in a team, we welcome you to apply!

Job Responsibilities

  • Register patients and manage appointments, walk-ins and enquiries.
  • Handle patient registration, payments, billing and insurance or corporate claims.
  • Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures, including vital signs measurement.
  • Dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions and clinic protocols.
  • Manage clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines and medical supplies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper filing and documentation.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and well-stocked.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and administrative duties.
  • Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Comply with clinic SOPs, patient confidentiality requirements and infection control practices.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous, proactive and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning clinic management software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, according to the clinic's operating schedule.
