  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper handling of patient records and personal data.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, medical reports, and other administrative requests.
  • Ensure administrative staff communicate clearly with patients regarding fees, appointments, and clinic processes.

D. Billing, Finance and Administration

  • Oversee accurate billing, payment collection, receipt issuance, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Supervise claims administration for applicable schemes, including CHAS, MediSave, corporate healthcare programmes, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Monitor claims submissions, rejections, outstanding payments, and follow-up actions.

  • Coordinate preparation for inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions under the direction of the Clinic Director.
  • Ensure clinic SOPs for infection prevention, waste disposal, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and data security are followed.
  • Protect confidential patient and business information and ensure access to records is appropriately controlled.
  • Report incidents, suspected breaches, medication or vaccine handling issues, and compliance concerns promptly.
  • Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions following audits, complaints, or incidents.

  • Work with the Clinic Director to implement business and operational improvement initiatives.

3. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in healthcare management, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or medical practice operations is required.
  • Experience managing staff, schedules, billing, inventory, and administrative workflows.
  • Familiarity with Singapore healthcare schemes, including CHAS, MediSave, corporate panels, and TPA claims, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with clinic management systems, electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and basic financial reporting.
  • Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and patient service.

4. Working Arrangements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
