Your Role & Impact

  • Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions
  • Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for valuations
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance
  • Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
  • Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial projects and/or office fit-out works is an advantage
  • Strong costing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
