Are you passionate about serving the community, building meaningful connections and creating programmes that bring people together?

Darul Ghufran mosque is looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations, agencies and stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate community programmes and collaborative initiatives
  • Conduct outreach to residents and different segments of the community
  • Identify community needs and opportunities for meaningful engagement
  • Prepare programme proposals, reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative and operational support for mosque programmes and activities

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning, coordination and organisational skills
  • Experience in community work, social service, non-profit or mosque setting is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
