Passionate about creating engaging content? Join our team as a Content Producer Intern and gain hands-on experience in scripting, filming, editing, and developing content from idea to final product. Perfect for individuals who are both creative and technically inclined, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and produce engaging short-form content from concept to final product
  • Write scripts and design storyboards for short videos and digital media.
  • Shooting high-quality video and photos that align with our brand’s objectives.
  • Operate basic cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment during shoots.
  • Edit and review video content to ensure it meets our quality standards and reflects our brand voice.
  • Assist with production coordination and administrative tasks such as production scheduling, talent coordination, claims processing, equipment preparation, and shoot logistics.
  • Conduct research to aid in content development and production planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats to contribute fresh approaches to our content.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure that content meets creative and technical standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Film, Media production, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with hands-on technical production work, including filming setup, basic camera operation, lighting, audio, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in writing, storytelling, and using video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, DaVinci, Capcut).
  • Basic understanding of production workflows and content creation processes.
  • Able to manage both creative and operational/administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Able to commit full-time (Mon–Fri, 10AM – 7PM).
