The posting

📄 Contract: November 2026–Mid 2027

💰 up to S$8,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Support cost accounting for Singapore manufacturing operations.
  • Perform cost rolls for new products, product transfers and annual costing exercises.
  • Review and resolve work order and purchase price variances.
  • Support scrap reviews, reclassification and inventory month-end closing.
  • Prepare Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis reports.
  • Work with warehouse teams on cycle counts, including witnessing counts and approving count sheets
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Relevant cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting and month-end closing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with finance, manufacturing and warehouse teams.
