Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns, promotions and partnerships, and evaluate performance against established KPIs and ROI targets.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, track marketing budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, tenants, agencies, vendors and community partners to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities
- Proactively develop and drive joint promotions and collaborations with tenants to increase shopper traffic, sales and engagement
- Manage the mall’s social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
- Monitor social media conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of the Mall
- Maintain and update content across digital platforms, including the mall website, digital directories, digital screens and social media channels.
- Drive revenue generation through the marketing, leasing and management of advertising spaces, sponsorship opportunities and brand partnerships.
- Oversee casual leasing of atrium, kiosk, and advertising spaces, including roadshows, pop-up stores, exhibitions and experiential activations.
- Plan, coordinate and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, community engagement programmes and publicity initiatives.
- Handle and coordinate enquiries, feedback and complaints from shoppers, tenants, partners and members of the public, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Work closely with Operations and Tenant Management teams to support mall initiatives, tenant openings, asset enhancement projects and business objectives.
- Prepare presentation materials, marketing proposals, management reports and event post-mortems for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyse shopper traffic, sales performance and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
Duration: 3 months contract, November 2026 to January 2027
Location: Katong
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: up to $5200
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus
- Prepared to work in a fast pace and dynamic retail environment
