2. Project Costing & Budget Control

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies

• Track project costs against budgets to ensure profitability

• Support cost control, variation orders, and claims management

3. Contract Administration

• Manage pre- and post-contract documentation

• Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, and project files

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, ISO standards, and company policies

• Prepare reports for management review and audit purposes

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams for smooth execution

• Attend site meetings, tender briefings, and project discussions

5. Business & Operational Support

• Work closely with Contracts Director to support business growth initiatives

• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects

• Track and prioritize job appointments from telesales/marketing teams

6. Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

• Support digitalization and efficiency initiatives within the department

7. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations and standards

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits

• Align contract activities with company goals and KPIs

8. Ad-Hoc Duties

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
