Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain the company's quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) policies, procedures and systems.
  • Oversee quality management across multiple building construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Review project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements and other quality documentation.
  • Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure timely closure.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and implement improvement initiatives across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore building regulations, codes and applicable quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project QA/QC personnel and site teams.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings, trends and improvement recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant QA/QC experience within the construction industry, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
  • Experience managing quality systems and processes across multiple building construction projects.
  • Able to work closely with project teams and drive consistent quality standards across projects.

Work Location: Singapore (Corporate / HQ-Based)
