The posting

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the corporate customer base across logistics companies, transportation operators, commercial fleet owners, workshops, and tyre retailers.
  • Conduct outdoor B2B sales visits, prospect for new customers, and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts while identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Promote commercial tyre products and solutions to fleet operators, transport companies, and other business customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop new sales channels through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Implement sales promotions, customer retention initiatives, and loyalty programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B / corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in commercial tyres, commercial vehicles, fleet services, logistics, transportation, or construction-related industries.
  • Must have an established network of corporate customers or business contacts within the commercial tyre, construction, logistics, or transportation sectors.
  • Experience selling to fleet owners, logistics operators, transport companies, workshops, or commercial vehicle businesses is highly preferred.
  • Experience in after-sales services, fleet maintenance contracts, or commercial tyre sales will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in new business development, customer acquisition, and account management.
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales, customer visits, and developing new business opportunities.
