About the job:

Weare seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in frontlineoperations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need todisplay a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience and accurate information to customers

Responsibilities:

•Accountabilities,responsibilities and main duties:

•Abilityto deliver professional and high-quality service experience in acustomer-facing role

Identifycustomers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level ofcustomer service delivery and satisfaction

•Takingownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficientlyto resolution within the SLAs.

•Keymember of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvementof processes to promote customer satisfaction

•Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of theoperational flow and ensure seamless client experience
