Job Responsibilities

  • Registration for patient & appointment booking
  • Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
  • Assist doctors during the review consultation
  • Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
