Tender Dental Care is looking for a friendly Customer Service Executive / Receptionist at The Venue Shoppes, Potong Pasir.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and handle registration.

• Manage appointments, calls and messages.

• Assist with billing, payments and basic administration.

• Keep patient records accurate and reception organised.

• Help the team provide a smooth, comfortable patient experience.

What we're looking for

• Friendly, responsible and organised.

• Good communication and basic computer skills.

• Willing to learn and work well in a team.

Reception or customer service experience is helpful. No dental experience is required; training will be provided.

Full-time | S$2,200–S$2,600 per month, depending on experience.
