We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to support payment transactions, regulatory services, booking administration, and customer enquiries. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payment collection, reconciliation, refunds, and cash float management in accordance with established procedures.
- Process regulatory transactions, including road tax renewals and updates to LTA-related records and systems.
- Process road tax renewals, update records in the LTA online portal and collect payments through NETS or SGQR.
- Update IU, OBU and private-hire car decal information in the LTA system accurately and promptly.
- Assist customers with bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Respond to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Support administrative work, housekeeping, committees, projects and other operational duties assigned by the Head/Lead CSO or Head of Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, SPM, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant customer service or cashiering experience may also be considered.
- Able to work shifts, overtime, and across different locations when required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
