🚗 Customer Service Officer – Automotive Aftersales 📍 Location: Alexandra Road 💰 Salary: Up to $2,800 + OT Pay 📅 Monday to Friday: 7.45am – 5.15pm ⏰ OT may extend to 6.00pm 📅 Alternate Saturday: 8.00am – 11.00am ⏰ OT may extend to 12.00pm

Looking for a customer-facing role with an established automotive organisation?

Join the Aftersales team and be the first point of contact for customers, supporting service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience from arrival to vehicle handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome customers and assist with their service enquiries
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the CRM system
  • Update customer, vehicle registration and ownership details
  • Verify warranty and service support information
  • Arrange service appointments across multiple service centres
  • Assist customers with mobility and car care services
  • Screen technical enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Coordinate vehicle and workshop scheduling to support efficient operations
  • Provide customers with general service information and follow-up expectations
  • Support product campaigns and service promotions
  • Arrange airport vehicle pickup/delivery when required
  • Monitor customer waiting times and ensure a positive service experience
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist with vehicle handover and provide customers with basic explanations of completed work

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Customer service or call centre experience will be advantageous
  • Comfortable handling customers both face-to-face and over the phone
