🏍️ Customer Service Officer – Automotive Showroom | Up to $2,800

📍 Location: Ubi 💰 Salary: Up to $2,800 📌 Permanent / Full-Time Position

Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 9.00am – 6.30pm 5-day work week with 1 weekday off Sunday closed

Love interacting with customers and enjoy working in a premium automotive showroom environment? This role combines customer service, showroom operations, administration and retail sales!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet and greet walk-in customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience
  • Answer, screen and redirect incoming calls
  • Attend to customer enquiries professionally and provide assistance where required
  • Record daily showroom leads and assign enquiries to the relevant Sales Consultants
  • Maintain the overall presentation and readiness of the showroom
  • Perform cashiering and general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying and report preparation
  • Assist with roster planning and daily showroom operations
  • Ensure price lists, specification sheets and marketing materials are accurate and updated
  • Coordinate operational matters with internal teams and external customers
  • Promote and sell automotive lifestyle products, accessories and merchandise
  • Explain product features, benefits and technical information to customers
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate accessory and merchandise sales
  • Follow up with customers on product and sales enquiries
  • Monitor and replenish accessories and lifestyle products
  • Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and properly maintained
  • Update sales literature and price tags
