The posting

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific business needs.
  • Process complex quotations, sales orders, and change requests while ensuring commercial alignment and accuracy.
  • Validate technical specifications, configurations, and part numbers prior to transaction execution.
  • Take full ownership of the complete order lifecycle, from initial inquiry through delivery and after-sales support.
  • Proactively track order progress, mitigate potential risks, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Manage escalations efficiently, maintaining clear customer communication and supporting joint reviews.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and customer data to uncover insights that drive process and service level improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience in customer experience or service with manufacturing/Trading.
  • Degree in business, mechanical engineering or relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge in engineering field is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in developing customer service procedures or policies is an added advantage.
