Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows on cloud data platforms.
  • Develop and optimize data models, data transformations, and workflows using Python and SQL.
  • Support analytics and reporting teams by ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline performance and data platform reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to business requirements gathering and process documentation.
