Greetings! We are a new family-style Korean-Italian osteria opening in Telok Ayer Street in Oct 2026. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Back of House operations.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year's experience in a full-service restaurant - Trained in Western food preparations, noodle-making, pasta-making - Keenness to explore both Western and Korean cuisine styles - Strong team player - Willingness to learn - Languages: strong command of spoken and written English
