The posting

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role covering social media management, short-form video production, livestreaming and customer lead generation.

You will be responsible for growing our presence on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (小红书), Douyin (抖音),WeChat Video Channel (微信视频号) and other digital platforms, with a strong focus on converting online traffic into genuine customer enquiries.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Video Channel and other social media accounts.

- Plan and create short-form video content.

- Conduct filming, editing, captioning and publishing.

- Develop creative content ideas and scripts.

- Conduct regular livestreams and interact with viewers.

- Generate and manage customer leads from social media platforms.

- Track lead sources and work closely with the sales team for follow-up.

- Analyse content and campaign performance.

- Develop content related to Singapore business, company incorporation, Employment Pass, PR, immigration and corporate services.

- Repurpose livestreams and long-form content into short videos.

- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or lead generation.

- Practical experience with Xiaohongshu, Douyin,TikTok or WeChat Video Channel.

- Experience in short-video production and editing.

- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams.

- Familiar with CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

- Strong Chinese communication and copywriting skills.

- Good English communication skills.

- Proactive, creative and results-oriented.

- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Advantage

Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:

- Existing Xiaohongshu/ Douyin account management experience.

- Proven livestreaming experience.

- Proven track record of generating leads through social media.

- Sales or business development experience.

- Experience in immigration, corporate services, professional services, property or financial services.

- Experience with digital advertising platforms.
