📢 Digital Operations & Analytics Officer x2

💰 Salary: $4,230–$4,960/month

📅 Contract Duration: 3 months, subject to extension of up to 1 year

🗓️ Contract Period: Immediate start

⏰ Working Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and CSV file management.
  • Basic data analytics skills, including interpreting charts and identifying trends.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Meticulous, adaptable and willing to learn new digital tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, digital marketing metrics and content management systems preferred.
  • Experience in data extraction, automated reporting or website maintenance is an advantage.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage website content updates, event listings, metadata and digital records.
  • Process content requests and coordinate event approval workflows.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure published content is accurate and up to date.
  • Compile weekly performance reports and analyse website and campaign data.
  • Support marketing teams with campaign performance and conversion reports.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
