Job Summary
Lead strategic and transformation projects across CGS International, driving business outcomes through effective project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance in a dynamic financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives to achieve business objectives within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and governance frameworks to ensure effective project execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests to maintain project alignment and control
- Drive accountability and collaboration across cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Lead business transformation initiatives involving process, people, technology, and operating model changes to enhance organizational performance
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution reviews, decision-making workshops, and stakeholder discussions to align project goals and solutions
- Coordinate business readiness activities including training, communications, and adoption to support smooth implementation and user acceptance
- Monitor and track realization of project objectives and business outcomes to ensure value delivery
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors to foster alignment and timely decision-making
- Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management and governance committees to inform strategic decisions
- Implement and maintain project governance and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and control
- Produce high-quality project documentation such as project charters, status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and steering committee materials
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify and implement corrective actions to address deviations
- Manage project financials, resource utilization, and vendor deliverables to optimize project efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices to enhance delivery capabilities
- Support the development and maturation of project governance and delivery capabilities across the organization
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
