Client Introduction

We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.

Job Scope

  • Oversee the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet operations and other F&B outlets.
  • Develop business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, operating costs, service standards and manpower planning.
  • Lead outlet managers and ensure compliance with food safety and service requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in hotel F&B.
  • Extensive F&B operations experience, including senior leadership.
  • Strong financial management, commercial and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to improve operational performance and guest experience.
