Introduction

We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.

Job Scope

  • Lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Develop key accounts, corporate partnerships and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee sales performance, budgeting, forecasting and market positioning.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality sales.
  • Extensive hotel sales experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic account management.
