Job Description

  • Wash and clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and cookware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
  • Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitised.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the work area organised.
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as required.
  • Follow food safety, workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
