Job Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, trays and kitchen equipment
  • Operate dishwashing equipment where applicable
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
  • Clear food waste and dispose of rubbish properly
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

  • Dishwashing, cleaning or F&B back-of-house experience is an advantage
  • Able to handle physically active and repetitive work
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Responsible, punctual and hygienic
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Able to work weekends / public holidays when required
