The posting

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update detailed construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, layout plans and construction details.
  • Support Renovation, Addition & Alteration (A&A) and building construction projects.
  • Coordinate drawings with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and site teams.
  • Revise drawings according to site conditions, consultant comments and project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.
  • Assist with material specifications and technical documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in Singapore construction projects.
  • Experience in Renovation and A&A projects preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.
  • Able to interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
  • Familiar with Singapore construction practices and drawing standards.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
