About

Company: Time Builders Pte Ltd

We are an established contractor in Singapore, specialising in General Construction works and are seeking for Drafter to join our team.

We are looking for a full-time candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts

- Translate architects’ and engineers’ design concepts into accurate technical drawings, using CAD software

- Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required using relevant CAD software.

- Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions

- Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Requirements &Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry

Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and other relevant drafting software

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude

Ability to multi task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
