Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically competent Drafter to prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD. The candidate should be well versed in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, with basic knowledge of Revit and engineering principles. The role will support engineering and project teams by producing accurate and timely drawings according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, develop, and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements.
  • Assist engineers and project teams in preparing technical drawings and documentation.
  • Make revisions to drawings based on engineering and project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant project standards.
  • Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
  • Assist with basic Revit drafting and modelling tasks when required.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other team members to resolve drawing-related issues.
  • Perform basic checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Site visit may be required from time to time.
  • Support other drafting and engineering-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
  • Basic knowledge of Revit.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
