JOB DESCRIPTION – DRINK STALL ASSISTANT

Job Title: Drink Stall Assistant

Please contact Saras 94380134 for an interview at NO 66 Race Course Road Singapore 218570 from 1pm till 5pm

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, maintaining cleanliness at the drink stall, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee, juices, and other drinks according to customer orders.
  2. Take customer orders and handle payments accurately, where required.
  3. Replenish drinks, ingredients, cups, ice, and other supplies.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the drink stall, including workstations, equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
  5. Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients.
  6. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
  7. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
  8. Assist with the opening and closing of the drink stall.
  9. Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training may be provided.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
  • Able to maintain cleanliness and follow food hygiene standards.

Work Location: As assigned by the company.
