Job Summary

Support daily stall operations by preparing drinks, managing customer orders, processing payments, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare drinks accurately according to stall standards to meet customer expectations
  • Take customer orders precisely to ensure correct fulfillment
  • Process payments via cash, card, or QR methods and balance the cash register accurately at shift end
  • Monitor inventory levels and supplies to maintain stock availability and operational readiness
  • Maintain hygiene standards in the stall to comply with health and safety requirements
  • Adapt to shift schedules including weekends and public holidays to support continuous operations
  • Perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maintain service speed and quality
