Perform janitorial and vector control services at client premises, troubleshoot equipment, and generate digital service reports using an app while delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial services at client premises, including managing air fresheners, sanitary bins, and installing dust mats
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to maintain service quality
  • Use a mobile app to generate accurate digital service reports for record-keeping
  • Carry out typical vector control technician duties to support pest management efforts
  • Deliver customer service by responding effectively to client needs and inquiries
