Your new company
Join an innovative precision engineering and advanced manufacturing organisation that plays a critical role in supporting global technology and semiconductor supply chains. Renowned for its engineering excellence, the company develops high-precision components, tooling, and technical solutions for complex manufacturing environments. With a strong culture of innovation and continuous improvement, the business offers engineers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, cutting-edge technologies, and products that support some of the world's leading technology manufacturers.
Your new role
As an Embedded Systems & Electronics Engineer, based in Singapore, you will play a hands-on technical role in designing, prototyping, and integrating advanced hardware and control solutions for semiconductor and precision engineering applications. You will be responsible for circuit design, microcontroller programming, and physical box assembly, bridging software logic with real-world mechanical systems. Working closely with internal operations, sales, customers, and external suppliers, you will lead technical project execution from initial concept through to deployment and continuous quality improvement.
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role offering exposure to microcontroller ecosystems, closed-loop sensor networks, custom test setups, and automated equipment environments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on product development experience covering hardware design, embedded firmware development, and prototype assembly.
- Proficiency in embedded systems and microcontroller programming using C/C++, with exposure to platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience in sensor integration, control systems, circuit design, and schematic development within electromechanical or automation environments.
- Strong practical skills in prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation, with exposure to tools and technologies such as oscilloscopes, PLCs, CAD/SolidWorks, machine vision, or advanced manufacturing systems.
What you'll get in return
- Opportunity to join a market-leading organisation driving innovation across advanced manufacturing and sustainability.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies supporting the future of digital operations and industrial transformation.
- End-to-end project visibility with the opportunity to own solution builds from schematic design to physical integration.
- A collaborative, self-starter environment where you can directly influence technical solutions, product quality, and operational success.
