Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate engineering site activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery. Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve issues and maintain compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and adhere to schedules
  • Collaborate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to align on project-related tasks and resolve issues
  • Monitor site progress and assess work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Identify and address site challenges promptly to maintain safe and efficient work environments
  • Execute assigned ad-hoc duties to support project completion and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of micropiling and geotechnical works
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate independently with resourcefulness
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and effective team collaboration skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

  • Monthly Salary Range (SGD): S$2,800 – S$3,800
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
